Thank you for visiting The Swimming Pool Store Website.  The terms and conditions reviewed here apply to online orders for The Swimming Pool Store services such as scheduling and paying for weekly maintenance.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

What you can buy on the website:

  • We allow you to pay your bill on the website – please provide your invoice number when you pay your bill. If you prefer, you can call us and we will take your payment over the phone.
  • We also allow you to purchase services on the website such as the weekly maintenance service, open and closing your pool.

All online purchases of services are subject to final acceptance by The Swimming Pool Store, Burlington, CT.  

Need to cancel your online order? No problem. In the event the buyer decides to cancel an order placed online at https://www.theswimmingpoolstore.com, just give us call 24 hours prior to the scheduled service you purchased during normal business hours and we will refund the full amount of the prepaid service.

If you sign up for future services on the website such as for weekly ongoing pool maintenance, you can cancel your service at any time by calling us during normal business hours and we will cancel any future services which you paid for and refund any prepaid services which have not been completed.  We request that you contact us to cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
